At the beginning of his professional career, our real estate developer worked in a property management firm called SGIC located on Avenue Kléber, during and after completing his studies. He held the position of “principal de cabinet” responsible for managing buildings in Paris 8, 16.17 arondissment. During this time, he also ran a cleaning company that operated at night on retail and office spaces. Here, he discovered the world of property management and gained a deeper understanding of the real estate industry. He particularly enjoyed the interpersonal aspect of the job and realized that he had a certain level of influence that he struggled to comprehend.
1981
Furthermore, he seized the opportunity to acquire abandoned maid's rooms located on the upper floors and merged them into apartments that he subsequently sold. This entrepreneurial vision allowed him to explore new possibilities in the real estate sector and create value from underutilized spaces.
1984
After his successful internship, Jérôme caught the attention of a Swiss headhunter who recruited him for a highly coveted position. He found himself in competition for the role of CEO at Patrimo in Geneva, and he ultimately secured the job. Drawing upon his American experience, our freshly graduated Jérôme successfully applied innovative concepts, such as flexible spaces, to the real estate landscape in Switzerland. He introduced the idea of flexible, smaller-sized buildings tailored to the needs of modern small and larger businesses. One notable example of this approach is the Saint-Gilles-Pouilly building located nearby Geneva airport and the CERN.
1986
Over the next 10 years, Jérôme worked tirelessly, dedicating himself wholeheartedly to his role. His leadership and innovative thinking brought about significant growth and success for the company. Under his guidance, the STIM subsidiaries under his management became prominent player in the real estate industry, known for its cutting-edge projects and forward-thinking approach.
Throughout his tenure, Jérôme's unwavering commitment and determination contributed to the continuous expansion and diversification of STIM's portfolio. His ability to identify market trends and seize opportunities played a pivotal role in the company's continued success.

Subsequently, Jérôme established Premier International Realty as a separate entity, distinct from IPI. Premier International Realty became a prominent transactional real estate company, known for its professionalism, expertise, and successful ventures. Jérôme and his team demonstrated their commitment to delivering high-quality projects, earning a reputation for excellence in the industry.
Over the years, Premier International Realty became Henin Realty and has continued to flourish under Jérôme's leadership. The company's dedication to innovation, market knowledge, and customer satisfaction has positioned it as a trusted and sought-after player in the real estate market.
Henin Realty specialized in representing clients as buyer's agents, rather than working as seller's agents representing builders. This approach proved to be a tremendous success. Henin Realty set up offices in Miami (Henin Realty of Miami), Orlando, and Kissimmee, further expanding its reach and client base.
Recognizing the growing demand for short-term rentals in the market, Jérôme established a dedicated department within the company to cater to this segment. Henin Realty became a trusted provider of short-term rental properties, offering clients a wide range of options for vacation stays or investment purposes.
1999
In a strategic move to expand their real estate portfolio, Jérôme's company made a significant acquisition in first partnering, second buying Traderscove Corporation which held extensive land holdings in Debary and several other locations.
By acquiring Traderscove Corporation, Henin Realty gained access to valuable land assets in Debary. These properties presented exciting opportunities for development and investment. Creating Henin Homes, Jérôme and his team embarked on ambitious projects, leveraging their expertise to create thriving communities and capitalize on the potential of these prime locations.

In addition to his professional work, our 22 years old soon to become real estate developer undertook his first personal project. He cleared the underground boiler rooms of one of the buildings he managed on Avenue Montaigne, to connect them to the Parisian heat network available, thus liberating the valuable basement space. By doing so, he created additional space, which became a basement level for the store above. It was in this location that Philips launched the world’s first disc CD. This initiative showcased his innovative mindset and ability to capitalize on opportunities to enhance existing real estate spaces.

After gaining valuable experience in property management, Jérôme took a unique opportunity to broaden his knowledge in the field. He embarked on a one-month internship at Southeastern Realty Properties in Orlando, founded by Bob Johnson. However, the experience proved to be so enriching that he ended up staying for six months. During his time there, he immersed himself in various aspects of the real estate industry, including leasing, construction, property management, and the crucial process of conceiving and creating office Flex space projects. Jérôme's dedication and passion for learning led him to obtain his Florida sales license, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
1985
During this time, Jérôme was contacted by Bouygues to apply his expertise to the STIM branch of real estate. He accepted the offer and spent six months developing the Technopark program before implementing it throughout the entire group. The success was astounding. As a result, he was promoted to the position of Directeur General de Stim Amenagement among other leading positions at Batir and Bouygues immobilier.
1993
In 1992, the birth of his son became a pivotal moment for Jérôme, sparking a desire for change and a better future for his child. In 1993, he founded IPI (International Properties Investments) in central Florida, with the vision of utilizing it as an investment firm to pursue real estate development opportunities. During this time, Jérôme focused on building a solid foundation for IPI, leveraging his expertise and strategic insights.
1997
METTRE EXEMPLE ENTREPRISES Furthermore, Jérôme's entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of Henin International Services, a comprehensive immigration service known as "immigration clé en main" (turnkey immigration). This unique service offered clients an all-inclusive package that covered every aspect of their relocation process. The real estate department assisted clients in finding suitable homes, while Jérôme's sister handled visa and immigration matters. This holistic approach provided a seamless experience for clients, and Jérôme's ability to identify additional business opportunities further solidified Henin Realty's success.
