The Cali, the first model in Phase I of The Henin Group’s Elmwood community, is now open for touring and several preconstruction homes already have been sold.
The 32-acre Tavares community has 115 single-family, 50-by-120-foot homesites that will contain homes by builder D.R. Horton.
The three- to five-bedroom homes in Elmwood range from 1,672 to 2,601 square feet of living area in four one- and two-story floor plans.
The all-concrete block-construction homes include two-car garages, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring and a smart home technology package which enables control of the house with a smart device.
Prices start in the mid-$300s.
The community is located off David Walker Drive, just off U.S. Highway 441.
