As the founder and owner of several companies involved in real estate development and sales, Jerome Henin is adept at multi-tasking. “I am doing everything in real estate from concept to design to construction, financing and sales,” he says. A native of France, Henin created his property development company, IPI of Central Florida, Inc. now known as Henin International Services, to develop residential subdivisions and light commercial and operated in Orlando, Miami, Paris France and Switzerland.

Henin counts more than 35 years’ experience in construction and development and has focused on projects in Orlando and the surrounding area since 1994. Through his various companies, Henin remains involved in all facets of the local real estate industry. In addition to Henin International Services, he operates Henin Realty, dedicated to real estate transactions, and Henin Homes, which builds custom and production homes.

Currently, his largest development project is Riviera Bella, the most significant residential project in DeBary / West Volusia County, Florida.   Riviera Bella is a 208 acre community of 414 home sites on the banks of the St Johns River.  This project  took ten years for permits to get home site lots on the St Johns River approved, making Riviera Bella the highest priced per home average in West Volusia County.  The project is divided into several villages of production and Custom Homes built by Henin Homes and MI Homes. In the production line, prices start at $260,000; custom homes go up to $2 million.  Henin’s company received the Parade of Homes Grand Award for Riviera Bella for three consecutive years.

The success of Riviera Bella has resulted in bringing national builders to the area.  The Henin Group is developing the extension of Riviera Bella by adding a new 300 unit subdivision named Riviera Bella East and a new 200 unit subdivision named Springview Heights, both scheduled to start in 2017.
